Georgia Natural Gas - Got charge $78 for 1 day usage for new customer
I just switch to GNG on 11/1/2018 and they have the meter reading on 11/2/2018. They send me a bill for $78 for the base change and service fee and tax for 1 day.
I called their customer service and they are reuse to waive the fee or reduce the charge. Their expatiation is they don't care about when you switch to them, as long as they read the meter then you need pay the base charge and service fee, even for 1 day. For any company have and logic, they will not send people to read the meter for at least a billing cycle. I never have any company doing things like this.
This is how they treat to their new customer. Don't ever use this company.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $79.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Georgia Natural Gas Cons: Forced monthly billing for two days service, Force bill payment for 1 day service.

They just did the same to me. I would rather pay the fee to switch companies than spend another dime with them. Looking for new service already!
